TERMS OF PURCHASE

These Terms of Purchase govern orders placed through the luminousjewelbox online store. By submitting an order, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the applicable product information, prices, shipping charges, and relevant store policies.

  1. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe our bracelets and accessories accurately. Product pages may include photographs, descriptions, available variations, and other information intended to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Colors and visual details may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings, and the appearance of materials under different conditions. Customers should review the product description and available specifications before ordering.

If a product listing contains an error or an important detail is unclear, please contact us before making a purchase.

  1. Prices and Currency

Product prices and shipping charges are displayed during the shopping and checkout process. The applicable currency and total payable amount will be shown before you submit your order.

Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or other charges presented during checkout or imposed by the relevant authorities. The treatment of such charges depends on the customer's location and applicable law.

We may update prices, product availability, and promotional offers from time to time. Any change will not automatically alter an order that has already been accepted, except where correction or other action is permitted by law and communicated appropriately.

  1. Shipping Charges

Our standard shipping charge is $5.99 for eligible orders below $49.00. Orders totaling $49.00 or more qualify for free shipping. Expedited Shipping costs $8.99.

Available shipping options and charges will be displayed during checkout. Unless otherwise stated, the free shipping threshold is based on the eligible merchandise subtotal before shipping charges and applicable taxes.

Estimated transit time is 10–20 days after shipment. Processing time is separate, and delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

  1. Placing an Order

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information required for payment, billing, and delivery. You are responsible for reviewing your cart, product selections, quantities, shipping address, and total payable amount before submitting the order.

After submission, you may receive an order confirmation by email. Receipt of an automated confirmation does not necessarily establish that the order has shipped or that all order details have completed verification.

We may contact you if additional information is needed to process your purchase or resolve a payment, address, availability, or fulfillment issue.

  1. Order Acceptance and Availability

Orders are subject to product availability, payment authorization, and fulfillment feasibility. If an item becomes unavailable or we cannot fulfill an order, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you and explain the available options, which may include cancellation and a refund where appropriate.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, material listing errors, fulfillment limitations, or other legitimate reasons, subject to applicable law. If payment has been collected for an order that is canceled, any required refund will be processed in accordance with applicable law.

  1. Payment

Payment must be completed using an accepted payment method presented at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers under their applicable terms and privacy practices. Payment authorization, settlement, and refund timing may depend on those providers and your financial institution.

We do not ask customers to provide complete payment card details or account passwords through ordinary customer service email.

  1. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact service@luminousjewelbox.com as soon as possible. We will determine whether the order can be modified based on its current processing and shipment status.

We cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation will be possible after processing, packing, or dispatch has begun. If an order cannot be canceled, you may be able to submit a return request under our Return Policy, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms of Purchase limits any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights that apply to your transaction.

  1. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and refund requests in accordance with our Return Policy and applicable law. Customers should contact us before returning merchandise so that we can review the request and provide the designated return address and instructions.

Refund eligibility, return shipping costs, and the treatment of original shipping charges depend on the reason for the return, the condition of the product, and applicable law. Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method unless another arrangement is agreed upon or legally required.

  1. Delivery and Risk

We will arrange shipment according to the shipping method selected and available for the order. Estimated transit times are provided for planning purposes and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated.

Customers should provide a complete delivery address and monitor available tracking information. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Responsibility for loss or damage, and the timing at which risk passes to the customer, will be determined in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional codes, discounts, and free shipping offers may be subject to specific eligibility conditions, expiration dates, and restrictions disclosed with the offer. Unless the offer expressly permits otherwise, promotions may not be combined.
